Excellent
Princeton Detox is the best! If you need a place to detox and get help I highly recommend this place. Staff and counselors are incredible and the accommodations are amazing. They are also great in helping you move forward with further treatment for your addiction.
Princeton detox & recovery center has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is incredible and makes the transition into here extremely welcoming. The food, the beds, and overall support from staff and other patients has helped me greatly and to be honest, it will be bitter sweet to leave. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to detox before your next step, I couldn’t recommend a place than PDRC.
Princeton exceeded my expectations and then some. The nurses, doctors, and staff were super compassionate and treated me like an individual and not a number. I wish I could go back and thank them personally. Food is great, and facility is basically brand new. (Review date MAR2020)

AUG2025 UPDATE: Still clean, serene, and thankful for my experience at PDR. Yeeeeah buddy!
This was my first experience (and hopefully last) with detox & I’m one week away from celebrating one year of sobriety. All the nurses were wonderful but Lauren, one of the overnight nurses, legit saved my life. She saw how sick I was & immediately got on the phone with the provider to get me the meds I needed. Also Amanda, a daytime nurse, would bring my meds to my room in the beginning when I was too sick to move and she was there for me the rest of the way if I needed to vent, etc. It’s super encouraging as the days go on when you show up to the med window & they say “wow you look so much better!” lol. The techs were really great too. Just expect A LOT of down time & kind of just hanging out with your fellow patients. Making connections with people is what will carry you through & pass the time. I actually ended up meeting my boyfriend here 🙃 and he will also be celebrating a year sober & we will have been officially together a year in October. So, you never know! Detoxing sucks but they really make you as comfortable as possible. So call & do it, the admissions team will literally answer any questions and let you talk through your emotions as your intake day gets closer - shout out to Gabriel he was so so kind. Ok, you get the picture! Good luck you got this<333
The techs and nurses rock and the food is excellent. Great place for a refresh. .
The techs were amazing, helpful, & comforting. Not all, but most are in recovery & it’s super helpful when you’re going through the experience personally whether it’s just them sharing their story or giving you a pep talk. I wanted to walk out AMA & one of the techs (Joe) talked me out of it. Bryan & Tom also helped me tremendously. Nursing staff was knowledgeable & overall most of the staff was friendly. Chef is also great!
